MESSAGE

Dear esteemed readers of these pages. It is such an exciting moment to share with you the prospects of one of the earliest established schools in Uganda.

As a school, w have a vision of ensuring that our learners get a holistic training that enables them to practically remain afloat in the present Uganda where innovationsand creations on the job are paramount. We then get compelled to fulfill our mission of producing self-sustaining and God fearing citizens for the generations to come.

I have a personal conviction that with the opportunities available, strategies can be put in place to enable learners to achieve the intended core valuesin Education for as long as all stake holders come on board

The strategies include among others:

• Reigniting and sustaining the Teacher's motivation intrinsically since what ultimately shapes learning experiences depends on the nature of teachers, what they think and do.
• Making School a home away from home. Most of the learners miss the parental love and care from home and expect it at school and when it all fails, the capacity to excel goes down. It is important for us to provide good receptiont to these customers of ours
• Working on the infrastructure to make it conducive and secure for learning. Much of this requires collective responsibility from various stake holders in education.

It is my duty and responsibility to call upon all of you people of good will to join hands with us to restore glory to Mengo Primary School
